  Dear Parents and Carers of Year 4 and Year 5 Pupils,

  As your child progresses through Key Stage 2, you may already be starting to think about their transition to secondary school and the opportunities that may be available to them in the future.

   

  We would like to invite you to an information meeting about the Kent Test and how children who may be considering sitting the test can be supported. The meeting will provide an overview of:

   

  • What the Kent Test is and who it is designed for
  • The registration process and key dates
  • The format and content of the test
  • How families can support children at home
  • Common questions and misconceptions

   

  The session will also provide an opportunity for parents and carers to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of the selective secondary school admission process.

   

  Date: Thursday 1^st October 2026
  Time: 3.30pm
