• Year 1 Victorian Day

  As part of Year 1's learning about life in Victorian times this term, all the children and staff dressed in Victorian costume on Friday 24th May and held Victorian lessons throughout the day. Individual class photos are also on the 'Gallery' page.

  

• The Songwriting Charity

  Halfway Houses Primary School have worked in partnership with Nathan Timothy (The Songwriting Charity) for nearly 9 years. During that time our children have composed and recorded many songs on various themes such as Anti-Bullying, Peace, Y6 Leavers, Aspirations and the Olympics.

  With each song there is also an accompanying video. The children absolutely love their creative time with Nathan and we are proud to be linked to The Songwriting Charity. Please click the link below to access all of the original songs.

• National School Breakfast Programme

  We’re excited to be part of the National School Breakfast Programme with @family_action  @magic_breakfast providing free healthy breakfasts to pupils so they are settled and ready to learn.

  Everybody is welcome. Please visit the main school hall between 8:15am-8:30am.  Bagels are also available to the children at the milk bar during break time!
