The Breakfast Club is open to children from any year group in the school.

The arrangements that we have are as follows:

The Breakfast Club operates from 7:30am to 8:30am at a cost of £2

Children must have arrived for Breakfast Club by 8.15am at the latest.

Children in Years 1 to 6 will be dismissed from the hall at 8.30am to make their way to their classrooms for the school day.

Children in Year R will be escorted to their Reception class playground and handed over to the teacher on duty.

 There will be three members of staff on duty each morning.

 There is a limit to the amouint of children who may join.

Children must have pre-registered using a form collected from the main office before they can join the Breakfast Club.  If no places are available they will be put on a waiting list.

Children who do not attend during a six week period will be removed from the register and put back on to the waiting list.

 All Breakfast Clubbers must be brought to the school hall by their parent(s) or other carer each morning.

Please note that the side gate will not be open until the usual time.

 Children will be offered a choice of breakfast cereals and/or toast and topping, also milk, orange juice or water to drink.

After breakfast, children will be able to enjoy a range of supervised activities.

 Children may attend for the whole week or less regularly.  

Payment for Breakfast Club must be made online via Arbor.  If you do not yet have an account please contact the office.

An initial payment of £10.00 must be paid via Arbor.

This will cover your child's first five Breakfast Clubs attendances.

Remember that we only have space for 50 names on the register and your child will be placed on a waiting list if we are full.

BREAKFAST CLUB PAYMENTS

Account balances will be checked regularly and you will be receive a statement when you owe more than £10. Our  procedure for Breakfast Club payments is outlined again below:

1. All Breakfast Club money must be paid in advance via Arbor although we will still accept cash at the main office. The minimum payment for Breakfast Club is set at £2 to make it easier to budget.
2. You will receive a statement when the amount you owe reaches £10
3. If you get in arrears you will need to settle the amount owing as soon as possible or your child may no longer be able to attend.
